Young won the country’s first Miss World crown in 2013. She recently gave birth to a baby boy earlier in May.
Hours before the 72nd edition’s coronation, Gravidez turned heads as she showcased her striking beauty at the rehearsals.
The Philippine bet radiated elegance in her off-shoulder, champagne-colored rhinestone top paired with sleek black pants.
“She’ll do her very best whatever it takes,” wrote the beauty queen’s glam team on Instagram. [@krishnahgravidez] is rehearsals ready in rhinestone casual.”
The Baguio native’s team also stated that Gravidez is “serving major slayage for REH (Rehearsal)” as she competes for the Philippines’ second Miss World crown.

During her pre-pageant performance, Gravidez has consistently placed in the Top 10 first to third hot picks of pageant observer Missosology.
More than just looks, the Filipina beauty queen also brings purpose to the stage through her advocacy, “Color the World with Kindness,” which aims to shed light on youth empowerment, education, and animal welfare.
Additionally, her Beauty with a Purpose project includes the renovation of daycare centers in Baguio City and support programs for single mothers.
Ahead of the final stretch, Gravidez reflected on her Miss World Philippines journey, saying it was “never about being perfect” but about “being fully present.”
“It was never about being perfect. It’s about being fully present — with humor, humility, and simply being human. This journey has led to over a hundred friendships in every corner of the world, and I truly believe that is the heart of it all,” she wrote on Instagram before the coronation. /edv
