On their X (formerly Twitter) page on Tuesday, April 29, LE SSERAFIM showed their excitement about the dance craze while retweeting a clip of the “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates participating in the dance craze.

Other stars who also participated in the trend on social media are SB19, Iñigo Pascual, and Michelle Dee, to name a few.

Notable for its lines “All the girls are girling girling” and “I’m an otaku bestie,” “Crazy” is the title track of LE SSERAFIM’s fourth EP of the same name. It also contains the tracks “Chasing Lightning,” “Pierrot,” “1-800-Hot-N-Fun,” and “Crazier.”

In a media showcase attended by INQUIRER.net, the girl group explained that the mini-album is meant to make everyone “go crazy and have fun.”

“The message of ‘Crazy’ is to go crazy and have fun. We pick the message first and choose the genre that goes with that message,” they said. “In preparing for this album, we talked about what makes us go crazy, and what we’re crazy for. It was cool how we all had similar answers. All of us are crazy for the team and what we do as professionals.”

LE SSERAFIM, who debuted in May 2022, consists of Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae. After performing at the 2023 edition of the Asia Artist Awards in Bulacan, they are returning to Manila for their “Easy, Crazy, Hot” tour in August 2025.
